Abstract

Human-centered leadership is a leadership approach that places individuals as the primary focus in organizational and educational management processes. In higher education environments, the role of leaders such as lecturers, study program heads, and faculty administrators significantly influences students' learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of human-centered leadership on students' learning motivation. The research method employed is a literature review by examining various scientific journals, books, and relevant academic articles. The findings indicate that the implementation of human-centered leadership can enhance students' learning motivation through effective communication, emotional support, appreciation of individual potential, and the creation of a comfortable and conducive learning environment. Therefore, human-centered leadership can be considered an important factor in improving the quality of learning in higher education.
