Abstract

Educational technology is often confused with the term instructional technology. Teaching technology is part of educational technology, it is based on the concept that teaching is part of education. In the future, the flow of ICT development will accelerate even more rapidly. This requires humans to be able to adapt to ICT developments if they don't want to be left behind, as well as to face global challenges. Under conditions like these, education will not be separated from the internet, computers and other ICT facilities as the main tools in the learning process. To be able to utilize ICT to improve the quality of learning, there are three things that must be realized, namely: 1. Students and teachers must have access to digital technology within the educational institution environment. 2. There is quality and useful material for teachers and students. 3. Teachers must have knowledge and skills in using digital learning media to help students achieve academic standards and develop their potential.
