Abstract
The ability to speak in public is now a necessity for every individual. Speaking in front of the public (Public speaking) is a must-have provision, especially now for young people who can now play a role in various sectors as agents of change in the surrounding environment. Community service activity with the title Building Personal Branding with Public Speaking Skills for lecturers and students from within and outside the country which aims to provide knowledge and strategies for forming personal branding, especially for participants who will carry out public speaking in various activities on campus and in the community. The formation of personal branding is based on three main elements, namely You, namely ourselves as a public communicator, then Promise, namely promises and responsibilities that must emerge from the figure of a good public speaker and also Relationship or building a good relationship with the audience., then a public communicator can persuade people with ideas and innovations and bring positive change among society.
